All Hayhoe Homes are protected by a Tarion New Home Warranty (the cost of the warranty is paid for by Hayhoe Homes). As Ontario’s not-for-profit consumer protection organization, Tarion administers the province’s new home warranty program. By law, all new homes in Ontario must come with a builder-provided warranty. Tarion ensures purchasers of new homes receive the coverage they are entitled to under this warranty. From the moment you sign an Agreement of Purchase and Sale, your new home is protected, guaranteeing you the coverage you deserve.
